Our Business Etiquette Policy
Monoi Australia and/or its officers/employees acting on behalf of Monoi Australia do not engage in bribes, cash-in-hand commissions, gifts, social gathering or any suspicious requests to conclude any initial business contract or establishing business relationship. We strongly condemn this practice.
Monoi Australia will automatically run checks on known scams, frauds and illegal or suspicious activity. Monoi Australia will be reporting any attempts of the above to the relevant authorities and reserve its rights to take any necessary legal actions against entity or individual acting improperly.
Monoi Australia will be conducting their duty of due diligence.
Our Samples Policy
Monoi Australia does not send samples, testers or evaluation products free of charge. Our samples policy is that any required sample item(s) must be purchased and paid in full. The full amount will be deducted from the initial subsequent order payment, unless otherwise agreed and arranged prior to shipping of the goods.
Our Proof of Identity & Bank Details Policy
Companies must provide us with a valid business registration or certificate, as well as proof of their banking details (for Australian companies an ABN or ACN is sufficient). Furthermore, we reserve the rights to verify with a further three references from existing business partnerships.
Our Payment Policy
1- No payments are to be made or received via Western Union (WU) or Money Gram (MG).
2- All payment must be made 100% by T/T prior to order being shipped (50% upon placing the order confirming it and 50% prior to shipping). A 10% refundable deposit (less expenses) might be requested depending on the circumstances.
3- We do not accept credit card payments other than through Paymate™:
- For retail buyers (any purchase of retail priced item directly from our internet website, no surcharge fees will be added)
- For Wholesalers/Distributors contract, please refer to clause 2. We will not be engaging any negotiations to accept other modalities of payments.
4- We do not accept payment by L/C even guaranteed and irrevocable on any initial business contract. The possibility of further contract payments by L/C can be arranged, by negotiations (fees, modalities and documents), to a maximum of 25% of the full amount of a purchase contract.
Our Returns Policy:
Monoi Australia will not accept the return of Cosmetic and Fragrances items, under our Returns Policy under any circumstances.
These products can still be returned or exchanged if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the description.
1- You pay the Postage cost for returning the item to our office;
2- You return the item within 28 days of purchase;
3- The item is in resaleable condition including that:
it is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
It is unopened, unused and in its original condition.
If an exchange is agreed upon, a restocking fee will be applicable to cover administrative costs. The fee for exchanges to be send within Australia is $6.00 - New Zealand $7.00 - Asia-Pacific $8.00 - USA/Canada/Middle East $9.00 and Europe/rest of the world $11.00.
Our Pricing Policy
All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Monoi Australia reserves its rights to change without notice and without prejudice any prices that have been given.
Our export prices are made under FOB shipping conditions from Door (Gold Coast) to Port (as requested). Shipping insurance if required is on the onus of the buyer.
Our Postage and Handling Policy
All orders are shipped from Australia. We can ship any items internationally.
For all Australian orders, we offer a Registered Mail service. Please select the service you would like to pay (Normal or Registered Mail). Should you opt for the Normal shipping, Monoi Australia will not be held responsible if your order has not been received. We advise you to make a claim for your loss with Australia Post. We highly recommend you to use the Registered Mail option for peace of mind.
All orders are shipped within 2 working days from full payment received, unless notified otherwise by email.
We endeavour to pack and shipped all orders in the safest way possible, but we can not guarantee your order to arrive without damage caused by mishandling outside of Monoi Australia's control.
It is your responsibility to make sure the products you order are legally allowed to be shipped to your country and will pass custom clearance. Monoi Australia will not be liable should Custom Clearance of your order has been denied by the relevant authorities.
